Chapter 1: The Science Behind Insomnia
Have you ever had a case of insomnia? To put it another way, do you have trouble falling asleep and staying asleep at night? So, what's the problem?
Insomnia can be caused by a variety of factors, including a lack of sleep, hunger, psychological trauma, and so on. Regardless of the cause, millions of people suffer with the devil known as insomnia. It prevents you from obtaining adequate sleep, depletes your energy, and reduces your productivity the following day. Not to mention the negative impact on your physical and mental well-being.
What is Insomnia?
Insomnia is defined as the inability to get asleep or stay asleep. It refers to the various sorts of restlessness that a person experiences throughout his or her sleep cycle. When a person is dissatisfied, this is a simple sign of insomnia.
Because of the lack
