There are times when we all find it difficult to sleep. Upsetting news, an important day at work – something stressful fills our minds, keeping our thoughts in a churn and stopping the arrival of blessed sleep. For most, this is the experience of a couple of nights, and then things return to normal. But for others, it’s a regular occurrence, three, four or five times a week.
