There are many ways to develop and maintain your confidence and your motivation. Some are easier than others but they all require that you do some work.
This work is not really difficult but depending on your mindset it could take time for the results to show up in your life.
This is not to say that you should ignore developing your confidence and your motivation and just sit on your couch in your comfort zone. This would be a mistake as when your confidence and motivation are high and sustained, you are almost unstoppable in achieving your goals.
Learn some of the simpler methods that you can start to put into place and get yourself moving to having the success you desire and deserve.

Can you survive without confidence? Sure, but why would you want to?
If you had no confidence, you wouldn’t even get out of bed in the morning. Other people would be telling you what to do and when and where to do it. Your life would not be your own.
Confidence can be built up when you know how to do it.
You can start to learn that process now.
Quickly Boost Your Self-confidence
Are you struggling with your low confidence level?
Most people strive to have more self-confidence, so you are not alone. Confidence can be difficult to improve at times. A negative impact on your self-esteem is that we often hold ourselves up to an unreasonably high standard.
You can generate some excellent outcomes when you can learn how you can leverage and strengthen your self-confidence.
Self-confidence can lead to many great things.
A healthier relationship. Your confidence is not only about how you feel about yourself, but it also helps you to better understand and appreciate other people in your life.
You perform better. You can put your energy towards reaching your goals instead of worrying that you are not good enough.
You are resilient. You open yourself to new opportunities when you are confident. If something does go wrong, you are less likely to be seriously affected by it.
You can quickly improve your self-confidence levels.
Stop comparing. Avoid comparing yourself to others is the most important way to strengthen your self-confidence. It is a lot harder to be confident when you are comparing your job, your home and other areas to other people.
Envy has a direct impact on how you feel about yourself.
People who compare themselves to others experience more envy which impacts how they feel about themselves. Remember that what you see of someone else's life may not be as real as it appears if you are feeling envious of their life.
