Some people write them on paper cards while others decide to place sticky notes around their house or office to be reminded of what's important to them! Find the method that works best for you!

    Once the negativity has been released it'll feel like a weight has been lifted off your shoulders and soon you'll be able to find happiness.

    Here are some powerful daily affirmations for healing common negative experiences:

    I accept myself unconditionally.  I don't need anyone's approval; I approve of me. (repeat as needed)

    The more light I let in, the more darkness fades away!  I allow my light to shine bright and love everything that comes into view.  The more I love, the more I'm loved (repeat as needed)

    I choose to change my thoughts to happy ones.  I am beautiful and worthy of every happiness. (repeat as needed)

    Even though right now I feel like giving up, I know that things will get better if I keep fighting!  I may be blind for now, but soon enough my eyes will adjust and see what's right in front of me! (repeat as needed)

    Using these affirmations daily can help boost your defenses against negativity and increase your happiness levels! If any of them resonate with you, take a minute to write them down and carry them with you as a reminder that no matter how dark it may seem now, you'll see the light before long! Remember that we all have the power to manifest the happiness we want, we just have to believe it's within reach.
