    Introduction

    Meditation is a very specific technique that allows you to reach a certain state of consciousness. In the contemporary world it has become a strong trend and today there are many people who have taken this path as their own path of personal well-being.

    But there is still a lot of confusion around Meditation. In fact, some people misuse the term. There are those who think means 'thinking' or 'contemplate' and those who use it to refer to 'daydreaming' or 'fantasizing'. No, Meditation is not that. It is the means to probe all levels of our being and, finally, to experience the center of consciousness within.

    Meditation is not part of a religion. It is a science. This means that the meditative process follows a particular order, has defined principles and produces results that can be verified.

    During Meditation, the mind becomes clear, relaxed and focused on the inside. When meditating, one is fully awake and alert but the mind does not focus on the outside world or on the events taking place around us. Meditation requires an inner state that allows the mind to silence to deepen the practice.

    Involution

    Since early childhood, we have been educated and trained only to examine and verify the events of the external world. Nobody taught us to look inside. Therefore, we are strangers to ourselves but we try to get to know others. This lack of self-understanding is one of the main reasons why our relationships don't seem to work and why confusion and disappointment are the feelings that often prevail in our life.
