    In the same way as physical exercise trains the body, meditation trains the mind. The 21st century is characterized by busy schedules and survival-oriented lifestyles, which have made the human mind more susceptible to regrets about the past and anxiety about the future. Stress levels are high, even in young people, mostly because of the unlimited exposure to information through the internet and digital devices. Work, family, community, national, and even international crises, like the COVID-19 disease, are unignorable factors that affect our mental stability. Not to mention the neglect of the me time, which has gradually lost its existence, as everyone seems to be doing things for people to fit in social circles of interest. Therefore, the dire need for mental guidance procedures to tame the mind and train it to concentrate better cannot be overstated.
