    Thank you for your interest in this book.  It is a small book but with a powerful message, one which will assist you in improving your health.  I have always been fascinated by how the body can heal itself. In fact, one of the most extraordinary characteristics of the human body is its capacity for self-healing. The human body contains trillions of cells. Each second, these cells work very hard to protect and restore our natural balance. However, cells can be damaged or destroyed in large quantities when we harm our bodies or become ill. But these cells are also capable of self-repair and replacement, which helps the body function optimally.

    Your body is a self-healing organism. It’s all about getting negative things out of the way so that your body can heal on its own. Our bodies can cure almost anything. If they don’t, it is usually because the condition is too severe. The issue then is that the body’s natural healing process is impaired. The best course of action is to bring this natural process back to life.  Despite the body’s impressive capacity for self-healing, it every so often needs support.  We can assist our bodies in a variety of ways, for example:

    Eating healthy helps our bodies to restore their natural balance.
