During this time, she has helped thousands of people by educating them on the importance and value of sleep and prioritising our physical bodies and lifestyle. Her deep level of compassion and empathy, coupled with her extensive knowledge, gave those she encountered a proven tangible solution, coupled with clear answers and understanding.
