About this ebook

I just want to encourage people to motivate others so that we, as a whole, can start to constantly add value to ourselves and to others. We should push ourselves to do better and to be better; to change, evolve, grow, and to love more and hate less; to be great in all that we are; to turn lemons to lemon pie; to show people that we shouldn’t let what we are going through or what we’ve been through break us—it should make us. This book is for people who have lost hope, for people who think there’s no way out, and for people who want to be inspired or motivated.

    DEDICATION

    image1.JPG

I wanna dedicate this book to the person that influenced me more than any one person. You taught me to always believe in myself—that what people thought about me didn’t matter—and to always hold my head up and help other people whenever I could. Never work for anyone; always be a boss. Even if it don’t show up, think it into existence. Be different because the same is boring. And most of all, never follow anybody, not even trends. Set my own.

Terry Lamont Ivy—my cousin but, in my heart, my brother—I know that you watch over me. What else could have saved me this long and kept me here to pursue my dream? I’m forever grateful. May you rest in heaven. I dedicate it all to you. One day, we’ll meet again. Love you, bro. January 6, 1971–July 21,
