It has taken me a lifetime to publish my writing. I now happily share this with you and invite you into some very personal moments in my life.

I grew up in a rural area in NSW Australia. I have a great connection to the land and to my surroundings. Everyday brings a new experience for me and this is expressed in my poetry. Its part of my life expressed and no day is like the other.

I hope that you enjoy these words in my first step of my new journey.

Anne Marie Edwards’s quest for education and love for reading has been a part of her life since early childhood. Currently, Anne Marie works in higher education, where she strives to enrich the lives of today’s young people. The Lost Rabbit is Anne Marie’s first published children’s work. Anne Marie is active in her community and church, and she volunteers with numerous organizations. Anne Marie was born in Defiance, Ohio, raised in Gary, Indiana, and currently resides in DeKalb, Illinois, with her precious pup Buffy. When she is not writing, Anne Marie enjoys cooking, traveling, and spending time with her family and friends. Anne Marie graduated from Purdue University with a BS and MS in hospitality and tourism management and a master of business administration from Valparaiso University.
