This book is a collection of poems from a time of loss in my life. They represent how I was feeling during my grieving process and the journey to be true to myself, which was something Gail encouraged me to do, and she believed it was the only way to achieve complete happiness in life.

Selina has been writing since she was 15 years old and she creates her poems as therapy. Even though her style is not a traditional form of poetry. Its a way to express how she is feeling at that moment in time. Selina is currently studying to be a Counsellor and plans to go on to study a Bachelors in Psychology.
