TRANSITION POINT

This is my transition point

the point where I can say it’s been an exciting journey,

how far and where it takes me to is a mystery,

it is at a point where things become clearer than ever before

this is where I’m at and it’s an adventure with roller coaster effects,

and the bottom of the hills are deeper than the sea depths,

and at the top of these hills you can reach until you can hardly breathe a breath,

this is the point where I can look back then quickly look onward

remember it’s not what lies behind its what’s ahead when you fast forward.

FRIENDS

I never really had a lot of friends for some reason or another,

I guess I was waiting to discover,

that certain someone to whom was exactly like me,

but that’s not the way to be,

it’s that person that you call,

when you don’t know it all,

the person to whom emails you send,

the one to which most your hand will extend,

someone you’ll defend,

no matter what odds that are facing that friend,

you’ll back them,

you’ll even have patience with their biggest situations,

you’ll understand their frustrations and their questions,

from the late evening till the early morning sessions,

different facial expressions that only you can understand,

listening to their future and their possible plans,

the ups and downs it’s almost like an
