How great are we at polluting our environment?

Ironically, we are even greater at polluting our mental wellness with stress, anxiety, etc.

And like environmental pollution, this pollution is so serious and silent that it leads to self-inflicted physical and psychological anguish.

These poetries are written by spending long hours with some of my close people who are/were going through such ailments and with some who I have lost due to this.

In every verse of this book, I've poured experiences and the stories of people who experience this pain directly or indirectly.

With heartfelt and relatable verses, I hope 'Open Skies and Healing Wings' can offer you some understanding and comfort. Whether you're young or old, going through similar struggles, this book is like a warm embrace, a reminder that you're never alone in this journey.
