This book is a journey in my experience of energy. It is unique because it is how I am able to express what I felt in that energy while I transformed to a new level, to a new experience. I have been conscious of energy since I was small and fortunately have been surrounded in a culture that is embedded in the importance of it. It has been a purposeful shaping which has been paired with an advancing ability to both experience its development and its growth. This book is the latter part of my spiritual journey and my understanding of it. It has taken a long time to get to where I can accept, understand and feel it with more ease, trust, and a finer clarity. I have been blessed with the ability to catch moments while in energy and to be able to put ink to paper to capture it both for others and for myself. It has been an honour to witness this, experience it and to also feel blessed while in it.

Anita Deneault

Anita Deneault is Secwepemc (Shuswap), Cree woman. She was raised to understand that energy exists, surrounds us and is a part of who we are. This foundation stretched farther when she started her healing path that allowed her heart to rest and her spirit to nestle into her gifts. Anita is a Reiki Master, trained in Crystalline Consciousness Balancing, has a Master’s Degree in Indigenous Governance and has had over 14 years of working in the healing field. She is a mother of three wonderful sons and is now living on Vancouver Island.

Sitting here after knowing my book has been put out there, I do not know where it will end up.

I recognize that it has been a journey, not only for the book to realize its potential but also for me to have journeyed far enough to allow it to be released.

It has been a journey of peeking at my potential and looking to smile back at it or to finger it.

It all came at a cost, really. It was a little bit of freedom to realize the book’s worth, to let it go.

As with my writing, my life and my relationships, each experience has developed me into the human that you see today.

I am absolutely honoured to share my journey. I know it is my life’s purpose that I will hold, love, nurture, cherish and honour.

Great Spirit, Guides, Angels, Deities, Ascended Masters and passed loved ones, kukwstsemc (thank you). I am blessed and happy.

Great Spirit, we had it right: we are Here.
