Just like your favorite sports team, usually you have a better chance and win at home and then there are times when you have to go away to pay play and you may lose.

I wanted to put together easily recognizable foods using everyday ingredients that EVERYONE can enjoy! Nothing like purchasing a cookbook and you don’t know what the ingredients are that are being used.
Even as a homecook, it is important to safely prepare meals for your family from beginning to end!
Preparation is key to everything! Everything in its place and ready to go! I like to add fresh vegetables to a lot of recipes, I love their taste and beauty. Using the same flavor profile for a lot of dishes will also keep your grocery bill from hitting the floor.
Food tastes so much better when your smiling, maybe some music in the background or even some hungry teenagers wondering when the food will be done.
I thought it was extremely important to list Hand Washing
as a step in the directions because beginning cooks and some who have been cooking, do not know when to stop, wash and go to the next cooking step.
