Monika Marguerite Lux is the founder of the BalanCHIng® Method which she developed over many years. She also developed “HeARTful Transformation Therapy”, “The ART OF TAPPING” and “Emo-Flow Release Readings”. In her YouTube videos, Monika offers self-care tips, mindfulness exercises, guided meditations, and more. As a therapist and healer, she is best known for her innate ability to intuitively identify the root cause of the unique patterns, beliefs, and negative self-talk that keeps individuals stuck. Over the past decade, countless individuals have experienced deeply transformative and long-term shifts from her integrative formula of intuitive counseling combined with Expressive Art Therapy, Systemic (Family) Constellation, NLP, and EFT Meridian Tapping. Monika’s passion for energy healing grew out of her own path of healing, and her desire to awaken to what is most vital and essential within herself. She is passionate about the transformational process and supporting others in opening to the truth and beauty that can come from the exploration of self. Holding each client’s healing journey as unique, she helps them tap into their innate wisdom as a source for healing and personal transformation. She helps people of all ages (teenagers, adolescents, adults, couples, and families) who are suffering from trauma, grief, and anxiety. Her educational background includes a German Master’s Degree in Applied Psychology, Applied Kinesiology and NLP Coaching, a diploma as a Relaxation Therapist focused on Qigong, and numerous energy healing certificates like Usui Reiki Master, Aromatherapy, Sound Healing, Matrix Energetics & Reconnection. In addition to her private practice, Monika is a YouTuber, blogger, speaker, and workshop facilitator.
