INTRODUCTION
My story begins one beautiful day when I was about fourteen years old. I was talking to my mother about aging. She told me that the women in our family tended to gain some weight as they got older, especially around the hips, which was normal. I told her that I was not going to be one of them. I decided right then and there to find ways to stay slim and always look younger than my age. I went against the common belief that as we age, it is normal to gain weight, look old, and get sick.

You see, I also believe that our health is one of the most important things in our lives. We can find happiness by doing things that we enjoy the most, but how much happier could we be if we could maintain our health?
I believe in taking preventive measures. Why wait for a problem to occur, that you then have to try to fix, if it could have been prevented in the first place?
Slowing down the aging process and staying healthy is possible, and in the following pages, I will tell you how I have been able to accomplish this so far in my life.

As a young woman, I used to love to go dancing with friends and drink very moderately because I always wanted to be in control of my actions. Moderation, I believe, is one of the keys to having good health. Everything mentioned in this book is based on my own personal experiences and the information I have provided applies to both men and women.
The main reason I am writing this book is to convey a very important message. The message is there is a way to stay looking young while maintaining your health at the
