    Over the past two decades, as a wellness practitioner, an esthetician, and a life coach, I have professionally observed and participated in changes in health and beauty paradigms.

    Times have changed. We now live in a high-stress, high-tech world filled with GMO’s and bioengineered foods. With this in mind, it is wise to stop searching for a miracle potion to transform the skin. Instead, find it inside of You.

    According to scientists in the field of epigenetics, it is now clear that heredity is responsible for only 30% of the way we look. The remaining 70% is dictated by our lifestyle choices which can be changed and influenced at will.

    As a skin care professional, I frequently see how my clients’ inner imbalance plus the addiction to their cell phones adversely affects their state of being.
