5575.pngGrandma told me when I want to believe in myself, I should start talking to myself! How dumb does that sound! My Gran seems to have weird ideas that make sense once she tells me what she means.
She explained that I am what I tell myself. When I keep saying I can’t do things or that I am useless, this is what I believe. I stop myself from doing things because I don’t think I can. This must be true, because a lot of the time I don’t even try to do something because I have told myself I can’t.
