Session two...

After her first coaching session, Ruby then cancelled the next two sessions. For a couple of reasons, I wondered whether I would ever see her again. Firstly, Ruby had told me that she ‘likes to make people happy, but always gets it wrong’, and I was concerned that she thought she had ‘got it wrong’ with me.
