    Introduction

    Allow me to reintroduce myself. My name is Kia Potts. I am a healthy lifestyle coach that wears many hats. I am a spiritual leader, author and entrepreneur. Ok, that’s enough about me because I wrote this book for you. I wrote it to help those who are going through times of uncertainty or difficult times or for those who just may need help navigating being in a quarantine situation. As I am writing this, the whole world is in the middle of a pandemic. Just about everyone is quarantined and under a stay at home order. The travel is limited to just essentials. Summer vacations are being canceled along with graduations. Not to mention people are losing their loved ones unexpectedly and dealing with so much grief and anxiety. In the midst of all of this I have been blessed with insight and wisdom on navigating living healthy in a quarantine and in uncertain times. Metaphorically speaking, some of you may have already felt like you were in a quarantine before this pandemic hit. What I mean is that you probably felt as though your movement in life was restricted from doing the things you really wanted to do or you may have felt isolated and alone. Maybe you wanted to be away from your loved ones because you felt like you were not in the best condition to be around people and you did not want to contaminate them with all you had going on. Maybe you were exposed to some unpleasant life situations that made you very protective of your space so you kept people at a distance emotionally.
