    to the millions of girls who are hurting internally, mentality and emotionally

    scriptures

    ¹⁴ I praise you because I am fearfully and wonderfully made;

        your works are wonderful,

        I know that full well.

    Psalm 139:14

    ³ Not only so, but we also glory in our sufferings, because we know that suffering produces perseverance; ⁴ perseverance, character; and character, hope. ⁵ And hope does not put us to shame, because God’s love has been poured out into our hearts through the Holy Spirit, who has been given to us.

    Romans 5:3-5

    More Than Conquerors

    ³¹ What, then, shall we say in response to these things? If God is for us, who can be against us? ³² He who did not spare his own Son, but gave him up for us all—how will he not also, along with him, graciously give us all things? ³³ Who will bring any charge against those whom God has chosen? It is God who justifies. ³⁴ Who then is the one who condemns? No one. Christ Jesus who died—more than that, who was raised to life—is at the right hand of God and is also interceding for us. ³⁵ Who shall separate us from the love of Christ? Shall trouble or hardship or persecution or famine or nakedness or danger or sword? ³⁶ As it is written:

    "For your sake we face death all day long;

        we are considered as sheep to be slaughtered."

    ³⁷ No, in all these things we are more than conquerors through him who loved us. ³⁸ For I am convinced that neither death nor life, neither angels nor demons, neither the present nor the future, nor any powers,³⁹ neither height nor depth, nor anything else in all creation, will be able to separate us from the love of God that is in Christ Jesus our Lord.

    Romans 8:31-39

    28 Her children arise and call her blessed;

        her husband also, and he praises her:

    29 "Many women do noble things,

        but you surpass them all."

    30 Charm is deceptive, and beauty is fleeting;

        but a woman who fears the Lord is to be praised.

    31 Honor her for all that her hands have done,

        and let her works bring her praise at the city gate.

    Proverbs 31:28-31

    Dear God:

    Thank You Lord for making me a girl! For all of what I did not experience, thank You! I know that there were days that I complained about my personal situations and my personal misfortunes, by my own definition, but then You revealed to me that there are other girls who have experienced far worse than I ever have. For those complaints, I apologize.

    Thank You so much for creating me and ordering my path so that I could arrive in some amazing places—none of which I ever imagined or planned for myself. I am thankful that I can impact girls in my daily life; the type of impact for which I am grateful.

    Thank You for Ms. S. Douglas, Mrs. Thomas, Mrs. Allen, Mrs. Berry, Ms. Ashley Salley, Mrs. Lightfoot, Ms. Freeman, Mrs. Prothrow, Ms. McDaniel, Ms. Colbert, and the women who I have forgotten or never knew their names or their contribution according to Your will in my life. I want to be that woman to some girls who need to see what hope and love looks like and feels like. The women You sent me taught me so much and believed in the amazing that could happen to me and it did.

    Finally, Lord, I pray that You keep the girls close to You so that they can reach Your will for their lives. Keep them encouraged. Help me reach more young ladies.

    Thank You for choosing me! In Your Son, Jesus’ name, I pray.
