God’s Words
Colossians 4:2 (NIV)
² Devote yourselves to prayer, being watchful and thankful.
Job 11:13 (NIV)
¹³ "Yet if you devote your heart to Him and stretch out your hands to Him,
Romans 12:10 (NIV)
¹⁰ Be devoted to one another in love. Honor one another above yourselves.
Dear God,
I pray You bless the women whose lives are affected by this disease. I pray that because this has occurred in their lives, with Your full knowledge and consent, that You let them know why they were chosen and trusted with this message.
Lord, allow them to see the need to help others survive the overall trauma of the event, but also be able to see Your beauty and Your splendor because of this illness.
Lord, remind her that her testimony serves You. Lord, keep her focused on You and hold her close in her despair and discomfort.
Lord, as she travels through her heart, mind, and spirit, I pray that You show her how she will bless, and therefore, serve others.
Lord, thank You for entrusting me with this book, these words, and this legacy. I pray that I listen to Your voice to share the correct words that You want seen. Lord, thank You for using me! Lord, I so want to impress You by obeying You!
I pray for these blessings in Jesus’ name.
Amen.
Dear Woman:
So you received what could easily be the worst news EVER but you are still here—STANDING! So now what? Well, you are holding this book, so you have started living and you have started healing.
My prayer is that your healing is instrumental and inspirational to others whose paths you will cross. In the meantime, as you study these devotionals, I hope that you also allow these words to minister to you so that you are whole emotionally and spiritually—better than ever before.
Use these pages to address your authentic self in an outlandish manner. You are a bold, courageous, trustworthy, and special woman. You have a message and now a cause, and a ministry. Let this time be spent seeking God for all that He is and all that He wants for you.
One of my favorite Bible verses is 1 Corinthians 13:13, the Message version, which reads: Love extravagantly.
This is a great time for you to remove the boundaries of your love and love bodaciously and with an understanding that you can NEVER run out. You are not the supplier of your own love. God is. Love because He loves you.
Further, love heals. In this love and healing, you can overcome. Use this time to heal from everything.
Surrender it all to God like you have never done before.
I pray for your wholeness. Wellness. Spirit. Love. Mission. Vision. Dreams. And achievements. This is part of your legacy. What you do next is more important than what happened. What happened should cause something BIG to happen next. Don’t block the BIG! It is the best part of you!
Leave a HUGE legacy! Start with yourself!!

The Devotional
Genesis 2:21-22 (NIV) ²¹ So the Lord God caused the man to fall into a deep sleep; and while he was sleeping, he took one of the man’s ribs and then closed up the place with flesh. ²² Then the Lord God made a woman from the rib he had taken out of the man, and he brought her to the man.
I created you.
When I planned the world, I had you in mind. I thought of you as I created the Earth. I considered what you would do in response to My Earth. I knew what you would like, what type of parents and family you have, and what makes you smile.
I created you so I know your every move, your every thought, your every action, and not to mention your next attitude. I am your God because I created you.
I allow you to make decisions but that does not allow you to leave and distance yourself from Me.
I created you so automatically I love you. I created you so I know your moods and your laughter. I know the meaning of your tears. I know you will still sin in a certain area.
I created you and I know all about you. Because I created you, I love you. I also forgive you. I teach you. I provide for you. I give you gifts. I invested within you with gifts. I give you the opportunity to share those gifts with others in order to bring Me glory. I created you. Not for the amusement of Myself but for My glory.
I created you for My purposes. I created you to serve Me. I created you to help others to know Me.
I created you to love. Me and everybody else.
I created you.
Jeremiah 1:5 (NIV) ⁵ "Before I formed you in the womb I knew you,
before you were born I set you apart; I appointed you as a prophet to the nations."
I knew you first.
I created you so I knew you first. I know you better than you know yourself, so I definitely know you better than your family and friends do. I am intentional about the details I have placed into you and how I have built you.
I knew you first. I know aspects that you will never share and some of which you will not understand.
I knew you first, which means that all others, including you, are second in knowledge and understanding and love and all other details.
I continue to know you best. I continue to understand you better than you understand yourself. I continue to keep you whole. I am your God. Your Creator. Your Forgiver. I am your Peace Keeper. Peacemaker. I know what you need daily. Hourly. Daily. Weekly. Monthly. Yearly.
I give you permission to put your attitude down because you don’t think I know you or remember you or your needs. I provide you with everything you need at the time you need it. We do not measure that need or those supplies the same but I do have your best interest, according to My will, in mind.
So relax, Daughter. I am here for you as you are here for Me.
Please stop fretting over what others say and do, understand and do not understand. They are not supposed to understand. They do not even
