A few decades ago, meditation play was described in English dictionaries as to think or to ponder. There is a more in-depth understanding nowadays, and you will find meditation described as a way of living that leads to mental, emotional and physical balance." Those with a spiritual bent want to take it a step further, saying that meditation leads us to a clear realization of who we are. How is this possible? An efficient meditation approach leads one to an experience of deep quietness, an inner silence that defines definition.
