About this ebook
This book delves into the art of happiness.
It is shown that it is easy to choose to be happy. The difficult part is how to live life happily in spite of almost everything in life that conspires and threatens to unleash misery and discontent.
Happiness is a state of mind that those with the right skills and attitude can somewhat control.
Three positive healing C words summarize the positive state of mind that everyone should aim to have: Cheerful, Considerate, and Collaborative. The emotional stability, support and happiness afforded by these three C words are beyond dispute, and they are incredibly precious in life.
On the other hand, bloodymindedness, selfishness and anger are the three worst emotions of human beings. They are responsible for all the terrible things that happen in life. They are the greatest killers of happiness.
The book explains comprehensively how actively managing these three positive and three negative elements of life is so important in achieving happiness in life.

Chapter 1. Choose Happiness
It is easy to choose to be happy. The difficult part is how to actually live happily in spite of almost everything in life that conspires and threatens to unleash misery and discontent.
Chapter 2. What Is Happiness
Happiness is a state of mind that those with the right skills and attitude can somewhat control. However, it is clear that some people are born more optimistic and cheerful, and are more likely to find happiness in their lives most of the time. Some people are even born lucky, and have the wherewithal as well as a network of extensive physical and emotional support to be happy.
Looking at human history in its entirety, it is amazing to note how humans can be so rational and yet so irrational. Equally amazing is how humans can be so thoughtful and yet so emotional. This great dichotomy of humans has a great impact on how life is lived. It certainly is clear that humans require constant, proactive, skilful and creative management of their volatile human emotions to achieve happiness and success in life.
How life is lived depends to a great extent on personal attributes, personal attitudes, mental abilities, mental stability, skills, knowledge, as well as problem-solving mindset.
We all have it within us to successfully navigate this great maze of life and to succeed spectacularly in so many different ways. But to be effective in this endeavour, certain key principles must be recognized and followed.
Chapter 3. The Three Big C Words
Three positive healing C words summarize the positive frame of mind that everyone should aim to have: Cheerful, Considerate, and Collaborative. The emotional stability, support and happiness afforded by these three C words are beyond dispute, and they are incredibly precious in living a good life.
