    Like many out there, being overweight or suffering from obesity has become a common disease in modern times, sometimes for life. Some might be suffering from it due to genetic reasons, but for most, it is caused by our daily lives filled with unhealthy, processed food and the lack of exercise. We are too busy trying to earn some extra dough for the betterment of our lives. The advancement of technology just made things worse, allowing us to do more things via a small device with just a few taps on the screen. It promotes a lazy, passive, and inactive lifestyle for us in the digital era.

    If only I realised that losing weight can be free a lot earlier, I could have used the extra cash for other investments, which by now should grow into a sizeable amount.     A lot of people say losing weight is very difficult; some say impossible. It might be true for some, as they had tried for years without yielding any significant results. They achieved some results in the beginning but soon experienced a period of stagnation where the weight remained the same for the rest of their weight loss attempt. On many occasions, they would even gain back the weight that they had previously lost, or worse, gaining more weight than they first started, resulting in them getting so depressed and finally gave up entirely after experiencing the Yo-yo effect.
