    5’6" 214-222lbs 42yo

    I got married to Elias when I was twenty-six-years-old and 285lbs. It shocked some people when I began dating him because as a native of Mali I was around mostly African and African-American people my whole life.

    I arrived in this country, with my family, when I was thirteen-years-old. It wasn’t until I was at the university that I felt really comfortable with my new life in a new land. Elias was a classmate of mine and it surprised me that he was so nice to me. There weren’t many white men that flirted with me or seemed attracted to me. He was twenty-two-years-old when we met and so was I. Elias was about 5’10" 160lbs, so he was on the slim side with curly hair and glasses. There was something dorky but fun about him and I was in love pretty quickly. It was a mind-connection, but also a physical connection. I began enjoying Elias greatly in a physical sense and vice versa.

    Elias loved my very big, strong body. As a matter of fact, he loved the fact that I could overpower him and literally squash him like a bug. Everything was going great until I began having knee problems to go along with more and more ankle soreness. My doctor told me to lose significant weight and I was not looking forward to it. I was thirty-years-old and had a big job to do!

    Fortunately, my physical trainer took me on a fun, surprising route. Didi was a power-lifter, wrestler and a very Alpha, Dominant woman! She was twenty-six when I was thirty and I took to her training right away and was soon absolutely addicted. The main surprise, for me, was the fact that I was doing a ton of weightlifting. I lifted very heavy three time a week. Each time I did cardio before and after the workout. But I also did an MMA class with Didi once a week to start and then twice a week. And then three times a week!

    Meanwhile, life at home and at work were both terrific. Elias was extremely supportive of my efforts and he loved the changes to my body. He loved how I looked before, during and after the transformation which was awesome. With no children and a suportive husband I was able to dive-in head first into my workouts and into learning MMA skills. It felt great to be re-shaping my body instead of just trying to shed pounds.

    When we began I bench pressed 155lbs, a pretty good starting point but then again I weighed 285lbs. I could squat 280lbs after practicing briefly and I could deadlift 280lbs once I learned how. After about three years I was benching 205, squatting 360 and deadlifting 390. Now, thirteen years later I can bench press 250lbs, squat 435 and deadlift 465lbs.

    Meanwhile, Elias had gotten up to 210lbs and that was not healthy. He is now settled in at about 182lbs.. I outweigh my husband by about 35lbs, but that only tells part of the story. His top bench press is 125, best squat is 210lbs and top deadlift is 260lbs. But what is most exciting is the one-on-one combat we engage in. Our wrestling matches are an absolute blast!

    But before getting into specifics, just a few more numbers for you; I have 28-inch thighs, 17-inch calves, 46-inch hips, 31-inch waist, 42DD-inch.

    I have now been in hand-to-hand combat classes including boxing, kick-boxing, submission wrestling, jiujitsu for thirteen-plus years. Four years ago, at the start of 2017, I met Wanda through Didi and got formally into the world of Female Domination. I had enjoyed going up against and defeating men and once I spoke honestly and freely to Didi about my feelings and desire to dominate, she told me to embrace it because SHE feels the same way, and some work with Wanda will advance us both a ton toward our goals of utilize what we have to be the Fem-Boss!

    When Didi and I went to work with Wanda it was a 500 mile journey that was well worth it! We left on a Thursday and the drive was definitely part of the fun! Meeting Wanda was amazing! It would be an amazing, life-enhancing situation for any dominant woman, but for me it had added significance. Wanda is built a lot like me. She’s a bit heavier, similar in height and her general body structore is so much like mine. Plus, she’s African-American. I found this to be helpful because when people see her they have much the same reactions as when they see me.

    When we arrived in the afternoon Thursday, Wanda talked with us about our background, our goals, our present routine and a few other odds and ends. It was the most awesome introductory talk ever because it helped organize our days perfectly. This was an amazing opportunity to further blend my weightlifting, combat experience and my Femme-Domme hobby that I was now quite committed to.

    Wanda switched some things about my weightlifting routine, but not much. The additions she made were exercises designed to help me gain more snap on my punches and kicks and more power on my leg squeezes. Basically it was all designed to make what I was doing as a fighter and grappler more effective.  Didi’s routine was also enhanced which she loved. I really respected and enjoyed the fact that even as my trainer/mentor, Didi was very open to learning new things and implementing them. It was also the first time I saw Didi kick severe ass! One of the main elements that myself and Didi learned was when to alter your routine and how to alter it. There was so much to learn and I definitely left knowing that I’d need to and want to keep learning about weightlifting, combat and Femme-Domme.

    Wanda also proved to be the most knowledgeable fighter I ever met. Plus she has a knack for instructing. She made amazing observations, modifications and set fantastic goals for us. While I loved the grappling instruction the most since it’s my best mode of combat, the stand-up-fighting was actually the most useful. We all do what we enjoy the most so for me I fell behind on fists and kicks while embracing squeezing the sh*t out of people instead!

    The Femme-Domme instruction was absolutely revolutionary. I never imagined that I’d get to have these discussions and learn from two experts about the male brain, the female brain and the artform of Femme-Domme. Wanda speaks very openly and freely about her background, her experiences, things she has tried, seen and noticed during her time defeating, dominating and Owning men. Wanda is about my age, so this lifelong pursuit has been a twenty-plus year process!

    Wanda also loved learning from our us which was humbling and a true honor. Getting together with other powerful, skilled, dominant women is a blast and especially useful. Nobody should feel like they are alone with their kinks and fetishes. As long as everyone is consenting it’s all-fun. Plus, this particular area (women defeating/dominating men) is actually quite common even though it’s taboo generally speaking. This just means a woman wouldn’t say things are good, tied my husband to the basement pole last night after nearly knocking him out. And most guys don’t tell their friends and family that their girlfriend or wife made them tap out to a headscissors or pinned them and squeezed their balls.

    Wanda was also amazingly generous in bringing in several men for us to beat-up-on after our instruction. It was the last thing we did Sunday morning before we left for home. Lo,
