‘Age is nothing but a number’

Fiona Lambert, 60, works in fashion and lives in London.

Smiling into the camera lens, I’d never felt more proud of myself or more positive about my body. And the fact that I was wearing just my underwear wasn’t deterring me either. It was March 2023 and at 60, I felt incredible and I was loving showing off my new confidence.
