About this ebook

Male vs Female or Mixed Wrestling has always been popular. It has also been consistently seen as being Taboo. Not many men like to admit, publicly, that they have lost to a woman at wrestling, arm-wrestling or in any similar form of strength/combat competition. Even fewer men will admit that they enjoy trying their best and still losing to women.

This book introduces you to 9 females who all have experience defeating and dominating their male opponents. Learn about their background, their experiences and their thoughts on the subject. You also get to see pictures of these absolutely stunning women. Some are glamorous and others are beautiful women-next-door-types. In some cases the women are bigger than their defeated male adversary and in other cases they are not. There are a wide variety of women (usually behind closed doors) severely humbling a wide variety of men worldwide.

We even get some men to speak about their experiences. They are willing to share their stories for many reasons. First off, it's fun to share exciting experiences even if these can also be embarrassing events. The men also want other guys to know that they are not alone. They are not "weird" or anything for having a feeling of excitement when being defeated by a lady. Plus, anyone who reads this book must have an interest in the topic, so there's no embarrassment factor for the guys who share their experiences.

Whether you like strong, skilled women in their 20's, blondes, Hispanic women, African-American women, ladies in their 40's and 50's, we've got a great variety in our books. I (Ken Phillips) along with my brother Dan and our great friend Wanda are very dedicated to this "hobby". My free time for two-plus decades has been devoted to meeting powerful women.

Sure, the average man is stronger than the average women in terms of upper and even lower body strength. Most men can defeat most women at wrestling and at related activities….That's what makes female victories over males so special. For so many of us it provides a special excitement that should be shared!

If you like strong, skilled, dominant women and want to hear their story, then this is for you! If you love seeing pictures of these women, then your dream has arrived! You may also be able to relate to the feelings the guys have. Please remember to look for

Women Defeat Men. The Secret and Taboo Reality of Female Dominance - Ken Phillips

    Yana

    6’1 ½" 182-188lbs

Better be DAMN nice to your sister just-in-case! It gets really important when you are adopted and your sister is not your real biological sister. Our parents are really good-hearted people and adopted me (Yana) as a baby from Ukraine, one brother from Honduras and one from Guatemala. Jaime is two years older than me and Matthew is one year younger than me. Growing up we got along like regular brothers and sisters I suppose. I was always far closer to Matthew than Jamie. Jamie would get petty about things and sometimes picked on us. Matthew was a really gentle soul. He was/is a highly sensitive and sweet person. He’s now a psychologist and Jamie is an accountant.

Jamie was always embarrassed that people thought I was the oldest. You see, by the time I was ten years old I was 5-foot-3 inches tall. By the time I was twelve I was 5’8. At fourteen I was 5’11 and I stopped growing at my present height of 6’ 1 ½".

When I was 5’3 (10yo) Jamie was 4’10 (12yo). When I was 5’11 (14yo) Jamie was 5’5 (16yo). He is now full grown and 5’7. Matthew had a late growth spurt that got him up to 5’8". Jamie has always been uneasy about people noticing his height, especially when compared to mine. Matthew became more and more attached to me and looking up to me in more ways than one.

Both of my brothers enjoyed playing soccer. They were never the best players, but they enjoyed playing. Both guys were and are naturally slender. I, on the other hand, am an odd duck. I have big hands, size 12 feet, very long, strong legs, a wide back and a rabid interest in taekwondo, kickboxing and self-defense in general including establishing a good ground game. I did these things as a hobby until I was twenty-two. That was when my basketball and hurdles career ended.

I am now 6’1 ½" 187-pounds, thirty-six years old and a mother of two adopted children from China....a girl and surprisingly enough, a boy. Usually only girls get adopted from China.

When I was twelve my older brother Jamie began getting really tough to deal with. I think it’s a tough age for guys. They are changing and they don’t generally have anything to be confident about. I felt bad for him because I knew he hadn’t found his niche and he’d eventually end up being a decent person. But in the mean-time, Jamie was picking on my younger brother (nine-years-old Matthew. I gave Jamie a few warnings to knock it off but he didn’t. I saw Matthew crying once as Jamie was pinning him down painfully. I told Jamie to get off but he didn’t. BIG mistake!

I grabbed Jamie by the shirt and then under the arm pits. I dragged him to his feet and took his legs out, basically throwing him to the floor. He was pissed as hell and came at me. I was already so much bigger than him and as he came at me I kicked him in the stomach.  He immediately went down to both knees and held his stomach. I got behind Jamie, put him in a choke hold and told him NEVER to mess with Matthew again.

Well, Jamie didn’t stop picking on Matthew but he did tell Matthew that he better not tell on him....I KNEW Jamie wouldn’t simply stop bullying Matthew, so I figured I’d have to beat his ass more.

Well, Matthew DID tell me the next time Jamie hurt him. I stormed up to Jamie and he was lucky nobody else was around to see this. I pushed him to the wall, kneed him in the stomach and then flipped him. To Jamie’s total humiliation I sat on his chest and pressed down. I held his arms over his head and told him that I would be doing this to him at school IN PUBLIC next time. I kept him held down until our parents came home a half hour later. Jamie was hurt in every way possible! As I kept him pinned I told him what a weak little ass he is and he’s lucky his nine-year-old brother isn’t very tough. I told him that ALL my female friends could beat him up and maybe they would! I also showed Jamie how I could literally break his bones and knock his wimpy ass out. Basically, I could make this as easy or as hard as he wanted it to be. I didn’t start this fight but I was going to end it.

Our parents had us all talk it out but for me nothing changed. If Jamie messed with Matthew I was going to whip his ass...in public. Well, sure enough three weeks after the ass-beating I gave Jamie, he struck again.

Jamie gave Matthew a full-wedgie. I said nothing all night which probably freaked him out. The next morning, about ten minutes before school, I dragged Jamie to a grassy area and threw him down twice. Remember, I am one year behind him in school!

I then humiliated the hell out of Jamie as 3 or 4 people were watching My application of a bearhug must have been the most psychologically damaging. The shorty-pants was being held and squeezed nearly to tears. When I was satisfied with the laughter of those watching I let him drop to the ground.

I was lucky and happy that nobody reported this to a teacher. When we got home I knew Jamie would be pissed and he was! He came right at me obviously
