About this ebook

As readers know, strong, skilled, dominant women defeating men is my passion. My name is Ken Phillips and along with Wanda, Kate, Dan and Roxy we've organized several female vs male events since 2014. We formed an informal and fluid team called Penn-Hio Tamers who wrestle against other groups of females and against groups of men that join together to form a wrestling team. Some of the women in this book share their experiences wrestling in these events. All of the women in this book share their background, their life-experiences and their thoughts on female vs male wrestling.

If you want to learn all about what happens when a female faces and defeats a male in one-on-one combat, then this is for you! You'll find out what goes through the ladies' mind and how her opponent fells as he begins to realize that tapping out and asking for mercy is the only way out. Learn about how these women got started, their favorite experiences and their thought on things like lift & carries, ball-busting and verbal taunting. Near the end we have a couple special treats. We profile Robert and his recent experiences with strong women. He experiences the embarrassment of losing at arm-wrestling to his adult-daughter, his sister and his ex-wife. This one will blow you away! We also have two session reviews. See what it's like to face these Emily and Tia and find out how to schedule your next session!

While most men are stronger than most women, this is not always the case. Have you ever wondered if there are thousands of female-stronger-marriages? Have you ever wondered what happens when a trained, bad-ass woman faces a similar-size man? If the world of strong, skilled, muscular women intrigues and delights you then this is the place for you! Please remember to take a look at all of our other offerings as well!

With my father being a former wrestler and my mother being a champion swimmer I was born to kick ass. Plus, I have two older brothers and one younger brother who helped me learn how to defend myself and how to go on the offensive. When I was nine-years-old we moved from a Hispanic area to a very lilly-white area, both in Florida. People started picking on me and since I was not sure how to handle it, I just kicked their ass. I beat up two girls and four boys in the first two months of school. After that I only had to beat up one or two jerks per year. People may have thought I was crazy, but I knew exactly what I was doing. When I’d get disciplined I’d apologize, but I wasn’t really sorry.

When I was eleven I began competing in submission grappling and jiujitsu events. When I was thirteen I was in in a dojo contest and beat this fourteen year old boy by submission. He was tough enough to take a ton of punishment. In other words, he was too tough for his own good. I was already about 5’0 120 and he was about 5’6 110. This guy, Stuart, had a real jack-ass for a father and his father got super-pissed at me. He said that I am very overweight and I used that bulk to beat his son. My instructor was pissed and asked this guy if he’d like to try grappling against me because that would prove how skilled I am. Stuart’s dad was about 5’6" 160lbs and he studied jiujitsu but wasn’t as advanced as he thought he was. I had to work hard but I got him in an arm-bar. Then to everyone’s shock I wrapped my legs around his head and basically invented a new torture-hold. I was crushing his arm and his head. He had absolutely no choice but to tap out. So to summarize, I beat up a boy one year older than me AND his father. Both guys were very quiet and snuck away. To this day that is the most humiliating, emasculating thing I have ever done to a guy and I am quite proud of myself.

Stuart waited about nine months to get mouthy with me again. He wanted to spar with me and he said he might kick my head off. I do not take well to threats and although he was fifteen, I was fourteen and I had been working hard. The sparring was pretty even but then Stuart dropped his hands as he got tired. And then he threw three illegal strikes. When he threw the fourth one I got raging mad. I took a glance over at my instructor who was the referee and although he warned Stuart he didn’t call the match..... but he did give me a look and a wink. I felt that it was my go-ahead.

I faked a combination and Stuart fell for it. His crotch opened and I landed a massive kick right to his balls. He had not worn a cup, not my fault, right?  Stuart crashed to the ground and it was over. He needed to be taken to urgent care. Two weeks later when Stuart’s father confronted me. My brother said dude, if you don’t back off she’ll crack you just as hard in the balls. My sister doesn’t care, she’ll do it in a heart-beat. He backed off and they never spoke to me or looked at me ever again.

My brothers are all very, very tough and stronger than me. When we grappled as kids and teens, sometimes they get too rough with me. Sometimes they knew what they are doing but usually they did not. On about two to three occasions per-brother I ended their offensive by grabbing or smacking them in the balls. Smacking is better in a way because I don’t have to feel their nuts, but smacking is also less predictable. It is ideal, in a sense, when I grab their berries firmly because they immediately stop wrestling and turn very, very pale. Then they just get super-obedient and apologize. I have to remind them that I am not built as powerfully as they are, yet I do have a gift for making men calm down and cool off. They make sure to be more careful the weeks and months afterward.

By the time I was fifteen I was about 125-130lbs and I had to lie about my age. I said I was eighteen so I could face grown women and men. I was already very strong and could handle the competition. When I turned sixteen I entered a grappling tournament and my weight class was 135 and under. It seemed like there would be a good number of participants but it ended up being smaller than I anticipated. They had an experts level and a novice level and I was put in the novice group only because I am female. There ended up being four males and me. The guys were fifteen, twenty-one, twenty-three and thirty-one. As a sixteen-year-old girl I made all four guys tap out and none of them lasted over five-minutes. As a matter of fact, only one guy lasted over three minutes. People looked around like holy crap, she just beat the sh*t out of three men and a boy her age.
