About this ebook
Bodybuilding is hard, but not complicated… IF YOU KNOW HOW.
Why do only a selective few achieve the physique they desire?
There are 3 reasons why 9/10 people fail to build muscles:
- Don't know how, or the information they apply is incorrect
which produces zero results, frustrations and giving up all together.
- Commitment.
3) Desire a muscular and cut physique but don't want to diet and exercise.
to prove point #1, ask yourself the question:
"What happens inside the body to build muscles?"
If you don't know— SUPER! Because you will learn exactly
what builds muscles, and how to how to maintain muscle mass
in this short, yet powerful program.
Point #2 Commitment and consistency.
In order to commit to a program for 10-12 full weeks,
you must have a strong reason why.
"why do I want to build more muscle than ever before?"
And your answer(s) will lead to commitment and persistence.
And point #3 Without diet and exercise,
it's impossible to achieve a muscular physique!
NOTE: This program doesn't contain cutting out all carbohydrates,
or eating a bunch of animal meat,
or chugging down endless protein shakes that leads to
dead end after dead end results— none of this nonsense.
The information in this program has been tested on myself,
and others whom achieved outstanding results without harming the body.
This program may be drastically different than what you may be used to.
And requires the participant to spend $90 - $150 on NATURAL supplements
to successfully complete the 10-12 week program.
Be warned.
This program isn't a quick fix, requires 10-12 weeks of dedication,
and a lot of work from your part.
If you can't agree to the following:
- Spend $90- $150 on Natural supplements.
- Own a gym membership.
- Willing to lift weights.
- Make dietary changes.
- Dedicate yourself for 10-12 weeks to the program
(however you will experience results sooner)
- Approach the program with an open mind, be open to new methods,
- and new ideas.
- Try a new/different approach to bodybuilding.
- Enjoy a muscular physique permanently.
If you can't commit to the above points 100%,
DO NOT PURCHASE THIS PROGRAM.
This program is not for you.
If you agreed, prepare for a permanent change.

How to Build More Muscle than Ever Before and Maintain Muscle Mass Permanently - neko nekoterran
Introduction:
I am not a fitness instructor, nor do I have a coaching license.
The information in this program isn’t tailored to replace your current workout routine or diet. The bodybuilding hasn’t been evaluated by the AFAA, Medical Fitness Association, American Sports and Fitness Association, IDEA Health & Fitness Association or any other fitness association.
All the information you will learn is based on direct experience and experimentation on myself, my bodybuilding peers, fitness enthusiasts and the average out-of-shape individual who also achieved outstanding results.
However, it’s possible that the techniques outlined have some measure of risk, like everything in this world. You must use common sense and consult with your physician or fitness instructor if necessary, prior to the workouts and dietary principles. You, the reader alone, are the only one responsible for learning and applying the methods outlined in this program.
To illustrate a point:
From (Earl Nightingale, The Strangest Secret in the World)
During the 1950s, a survey was made in the USA of 100 working men aged 25.
The survey contained two questions:
Do you want to be rich?
Will you be rich?
Without a moment of hesitation, all one 100 answered Yes!
and Yes!
Every single one of them were eager towards life. They had a positive attitude towards the world. There was a certain sparkle in their eyes, radiating assuredness of a bright and abundant future.
But do you know what happens?
By the time they reached the age of 65, only 1 man became rich, 4 were financially independent, 45 were still working and 50 were broke.
All 100 working men had 40 years to figure out how to live a life free of currency. Only 5/100 were able to figure out how.
What happened to the dreams, hopes and ambitions?
The straight forward answer is– because of goals.
What about the rest of the 95 working men?
Believe it or not, 19 out of 20 men don’t know why they wake up every morning. They exist, adapt and play along with their surroundings. The 95% who don’t have goals, or any sense of direction, don’t have a choice but to conform.
Except for a small minority of the population, the majority play the world’s most undesirable yet common game known as follow the follower.
The issue is that most follow the wrong group— the unsuccessful 95%, and as a result suffer the same consequences.
Highly successful individuals started like everyone else: at the bottom. Successful people know they must stand out, think out of the box, and take control of their own lives.
Rich people didn’t become rich out of luck, or talent or occult knowledge. Those who are at the top decided to earn more. They made it their business to earn more. And as a result, they became rich.
Decision (goal) + learn how + take constructive action = success
The harsh reality is that 19 out of 20 of working men have seldom if ever done any constructive thinking on how to earn more money, or to put it bluntly, increase their income.
If a housewife or husband who doesn’t decide to cook tomato sauce spaghetti for dinner (goal), will never look up the recipe (learn how to), or be able to prepare or cook (take constructive action) tomato sauce spaghetti.
1 out 20 (top 5%) working men have actually made it their business to earn more money. Only thinking about their goal will lead to zero. The rich took action towards their goal. They decided to become rich. They studied the recipes of ‘how’ to become rich, and as a result, they made became wealthy.
In your case:
Decide to build more than ever before and maintain a muscular physique permanently + learn how to in this program+ act on what you learn = a muscular physique
Since only 5% of people know what they desire (goal), all 5% can and will become winners. In this race, there aren’t even enough contestants to compete against. Even the runner who finishes last can be a winner.
And the remaining 95% will always remain where they are.
What does this illustration have to do with bodybuilding?
If you choose to belong to the top 5%, the time has come to try a new approach—a completely different approach that will separate you from the rest and deliver results without harming the body in any way shape or form.
At your local gym, or any gym anywhere on this planet, out of one hundred clients, regardless of their age, experience, years spent working out, how many have the physique they desire?
1 or 2… none?
Just like the example above, chances are that only 5% or less acquire the physique of their choice.
Why?
Most have been programmed for years with weight loss advice from their peers (who don’t have a clue how to lose weight), fitness instructors (who learned how to build muscle, and burn body fat from previous trainers whose source of information come from fitness magazines published decades prior), or a weight loss website written by a random ghostwriter, and so on.
Most-searched topic in the world:
Two of the most-searched topics on the internet are how to lose weight
and how to lose body fat.
There are hundreds, to be more precise thousands of fitness and weight loss magazines, books, websites, nutritional guides, TV programs, fitness instructors, weight loss gurus, etc.
With so much information on the marketplace, why is there bountiful measure of controversy? Everyone at the gym should be able to achieve the results they are after.
But the results speak for themselves…
The answer is simple:
The weight loss community, like the bodybuilding community, is misinformed incomplete, and/or totally incorrect.
Think of this:
Muscle and Fitness magazine was first published in 1936. If you were compare side by side a bodybuilding magazine from the 1970s, 1980s, 1990s, 2000, and 2010, it will become evident that the workout instructions, nutrition facts, and diets plans are utterly contrasting.
Why is the information drastically changing?
Because the bodybuilding community cannot accurately pin down once and for all what builds muscle and cause body fat.
download/internal%20organs.jpgThink about what happens inside the body to build muscle, accumulate fat or burn excess body fat.
