BEFORE A RACE, I LISTEN TO A SONG ON LOOP. My playlist count for Selena Gomez songs is through the roof! It’s embarrassing, but it seems to be my routine. LISTEN TO YOUR BODY.We are all so vastly different, so even if something suits the majority, it might not work for you. So, be flexible and work with what your body tells you. She’s strong and independent. I do these 10-minute effort sessions with very little recovery in between. But after it, I’m impressed with my own body because of what I achieved. That’s an amazing feeling.
