Introduction
Hello World my name is Chad Roberts. Before I became a college graduate in Health Promotion and Nutrition and became a Certified Personal Trainer, I lost 50 pounds back when I was a teenager in which I weighed 190 pounds at 5 foot 4, before I started working out. I was so focused on my racing career and school at the time; I didn’t care about my health. I felt good for myself with the extra weight, but sometimes you have
