    Introduction

    Obesity and overweight show a worldwide growing health problem that strongly increases the possibility for the serious metabolic irregularities development including cardiovascular and type 2 diabetes mellitus disorders. Insulin response reduces as with growing obesity, and the system generally balances by increasing pancreatic beta cell activity and subsequently insulin release (1). When beta cells can no longer offset for the high insulin resistance rates in peripheral tissues, overt hyperglycemia expand until later phases (2). Also, some studies showed that insulin resistance expands during weight enhancement within the normal body weight range (3).

    Genetic parameters are proposed to play a significant role in the regulation of body weight. However, the main contributing parameters to the enhancement of obesity in most countries are the increased diet energy density and fat intake, together with lower levels of physical activity
