    EPISODE 1

I sat in the police van in deep sorrow. Tears flowed freely down my cheeks. I wept as a baby abandoned for death by a selfish mother. I shivered like a wet chicken on a rainy day. My voice was gone. I felt like dying. ‘Maybe it’s a dream’, I thought to myself. For the first time in my life, I am being driven away like an outcast. My mother might never survive this. 'I told you to allow me to register with a government hospital when I was pregnant with Femi because they have more competent hands and good facilities but you refused. I told you to prayerfully reject C-section but you didn't take it seriously. The fertility specialist said the gynaecologist at the private hospital you recommended surely didn't tell us everything. He said I'm suffering from secondary infertility as a result of endometriosis. He explained it to be the reason for the severe menstrual cramps and pain after sex. He also said the endometriosis is resting on the fallopian tube, thereby
