    met Josh Gade a few years ago at the Alicante Chamber of Commerce. He was then responsible for one of his antennas and a regular teacher. When we met, I won’t deny it, I thought he was a serious, professional and distant person. Later I met Josh at an entrepreneurial event where we were both attending. I was lucky enough to exchange a few words at the break and that's when I changed my mind about distant and added interesting. We talked about the event, but a phrase he told me when he gave me his card caught my attention: I like working with entrepreneurs because deep down that’s what we all are, we can all have an idea and carry it out. It's just a matter of focusing. And of course, I heard the word that is paramount to me: FOCUS

    Some time passed and I met Josh again at another Chamber of Commerce event whose base was the social media. And suddenly, someone in the front row asked a question: "What's the use of having many friends on a professional profile on Facebook if you don't know how to turn them into your customers? I looked out and it was Josh. There I fully confirmed that he was an interesting person and I added logical person.

    And I was already able to absolutely confirm the above when I saw him sitting in the Business Coaching Expert course at the ICE of the Chamber of Commerce, in which I was a director and teacher. There I was able to meet a logical, rational, results-oriented, decisive Josh, with a great capacity for work, also creative, a great communicator, with a restless mind, adaptive and very collaborative. But above all, he seemed honest.

    And today I can say with great satisfaction that little by little I have seen and witnessed the great growth that Josh has had on the personal and, particularly, the professional level. He is always oriented towards his objectives; he is a regular lecturer for many companies nationwide and even one of those chosen by EMPRENDEDORES magazine, as a model professional.

    For this reason, it is a great pleasure to have his partaking in any event because he can be there and transmit the logical part of what he communicates. I am happy and grateful that he has chosen me to write this foreword because I also know what he has accomplished, faithful to his project, to increase the level of influence through wide diffusion.

    And now I want to talk about this practical book, although I would call it essential.

    I think that when we read books, its success it’s seen when you finish it, and as a reader you say  woooooow . That has happened to me. I do not stop reading a book if it fulfills what I call the EASY 4. This book delivers: It's easy to read, easy to follow, easy to understand, easy to put into practice.

    This is how I would summarize the book. But I want to add something else ...

    I always say: Nothing can grow in a self-sustained way if there are no reinforcement processes that support it. By this I mean that if you want to sell something, it does not matter if it is a product or service, it is not enough to think about it, want it, or want to achieve it. That's okay because it powers the engine of action. Before that, you have to think strategically about starting, sustaining and sharing what you do better than others.

    The world must find out what you do and without a doubt, you have to think in terms of strategy how to reach the world, how to show what you do and how to get them to choose you and not someone else. Besides, it must not last a life ... it must be something fast and sustainable over time.

    Ralph Waldo Emerson said: If a man can write a better book, preach a better sermon, or make a better mousetrap than his neighbor, though he build his house in the woods, the world will make a beaten path to his door.

    When I read this book, I was inspired by this memory. Actually, we all want our customers to knock on our door... who want to enter our home. Then it will depend on the coffee that we offer them whether they want to return or not, whether want to tell others that they have had a wonderful time at our house, or not, whether they invite others to come to our house, or not.

    There are many theories, books, courses, workshops, conferences on the market that tell you about sales, customers, marketing ... But many of them are old maps. Versions of versions. Talks of the talks of others. But the world moves and everything changes, also consumer society, and then customers and their motivations as well. The situations that we find every day can no longer be solved with more advice from experts or gurus. The fundamental remedy is in our mind and our way of thinking. For me, this book aims to establish a simple and systematic way of thinking and doing like ninja explorers and moving swiftly also in the minds of our clients. Use the author's experience and incorporate positive neuro-influence into your sales. That is the goal.

    This book offers you a new map. It will help you step by step to achieve being able to convert customers into guests of your business. And it all starts with knowing how to find a way for them to know that you exist. Don’t you think it is very logical? What if they also make it easy for you? That is why you are reading the right book.

    But to be successful after reading it, you will need to commit. That has been my feeling when reading it. That is why you will have to turn the pages of this prologue with the firm intention to commit to yourself and to your plan of action to start off as a true Ninja salesperson: You have to commit to the adventure that you are starting from exploration of new maps, risk, innovation, discovery and change of current maps. That's another adventure, another treasure hunt ... for truly profitable results. You commit to your own success. And not everyone can do it. I hope you are one of those who go for it when they have a clear goal. It's up to you, because Ninja salesperson offers you the WHAT and the HOW. But you are the one who has to move to get it. Every movement has to be smart and purposeful. This book will also help you move wisely (with greater results)

    If I have to make one last recommendation, it would be for you to start reading this book with a winning mind. Believe that you are going to achieve it, that you are going to start the adventure being sure that your strategy will change for the better. Think that with this your future customers are also going to win because they are going to meet a great professional who from the clarity will know very well how to present their best offer because they know their true needs and motivations. You are about to enter the new professional class of Ninja Salesman, who place themselves on the top of success to be useful with their services or products.

    ello, my name is Josh Gade and I am going to tell you a short personal story and how I learned to earn a living the hard way, sell my products and services and collect what I had never imagined having been able to earn. And I had never imagined that because nobody had ever taught me to visualize it in my mind.

    But I'm going to start from the beginning and get to the point so as not to bore you too much. But it is vitally important that you read this carefully, because your sales and therefore your future income may be conditioned by how your parents have programmed you since childhood.

    Without going too far, I will tell you that after my family came to Alicante form Cordova, I was the first to be born on this area, and of course you can imagine. First son, grandson, nephew ... so I was not lacking attention. I was a child motivated from the very first moment to study, to continue learning, to be competitive... 

    When he was 6 years old, a teacher asked the class a question. I raised my hand and the teacher told me: Answer Josh, you're the best in the class. Positive reinforcement. Thanks D. Adolfo. Also when I was 6 years old, at the end of the course, (almost 7 years old) I won the gold medal at school for skating on an obstacle circuit. The merit was that children up to 14 years old participated but my weekends skating several hours a day were noticeable.

    And that's how clever I grew up with straight A's in the report card... through sixth grade. It was in that course when it seemed that it was necessary to start studying at home, but I ... as I had never needed it, because I had never done it and then I began to fail subjects. I overcame that ... the truth is that I got through the extinct Basic General Education (compulsory until I was 13 years old) and then I started high school. In first year, with the problems of changes and adaptation, I failed four subjects in the first term, seven in the second and three in the third. Total I recovered two at the proficiency tests and I had to take one subject in September (math) that I did not approve until the following year.

    In second year of high school I had a great math teacher,  El Navajas  , and thanks to him I never failed math again. I got through the second and first year subjects that year. I used to fail one or two subjects every term. In the end I went to third year with literature pending. In the third year of high school, my results were even better. I was back in the elite. I did not fail any ... well ... one ... language and literature that I failed again, going to COU (now 2nd year of high school) with this pending subject. But in the end ... I
