About this ebook

Cary is an average guy with a girlfriend he loves. When she pushes him to be healthier, by eating better, taking supplements, and seeing a psychiatrist while he is between jobs, he agrees, figuring there is no harm.

However, everything is not as it seems. With each passing week, Cary finds himself changing. His body transitions from male to female. His mind changes along with it until Cary becomes Kari, making her more and more like a bimbo. What will become of Kari? Will she manage to return to her former male self or will she embrace her newfound femininity? Find out in A Helping Hand.

This 7,000 word short story contains physical and mental transformations, including gender transformation, with descriptions of various sexual acts, breast enlargement and various other body augmentations. This story has strong adult content and should not be viewed by anyone under the age of 18. All characters found in the story are 18 or older.

A Helping Hand was written as part of a fundraising effort for trans rights organizations, appearing alongside other works by fantastic authors. More about this fundraiser can be found on Sadie Thatcher’s Tumblr blog. Additionally, this story was written in only dialogue, making for a different reading experience than Sadie’s other works.

Author

Sadie Thatcher

Sadie Thatcher grew up in a small conservative town (think Footloose). Spending all that time in a sexually repressed place has led Sadie to need to explore her sexuality through prose. Sadie has been a long time writer, but has now become confident enough to share the explorations of her deepest and darkest sexual fantasies. Enjoy.

    A Helping Hand

W elcome to your first therapy session, Cary. I’m glad you have decided to join me today. Please take a seat.

Thanks, Doc. It was all Becky’s idea. She’s been on a real big health kick lately. She’s been controlling my diet, giving me all these supplements and she wanted me to come visit you to take care of my mental health.

That’s completely understandable. It’s important to look after yourself. And being proactive about your mental health is never a bad thing. Hopefully you get a lot out of our sessions.

I’ve got nothing to lose. I’m kind of between jobs right now. I’ve been looking for work, but you know how it is right now. Luckily, Becky has a good and secure job. I hate feeling like I’m mooching off my girlfriend, but I would be fully willing to support her if our situation was reversed. It seems only fair that she would help me through my rough patch.

Quite right. And I’m glad you’ve felt so open about sharing about your current employment struggles. Not everybody is willing to be so open about such things with someone they just met. I appreciate your honesty. I want you to always feel like you can tell me anything during our sessions. You can trust me.

    "Thanks. I
