Ophelia looked uncharacteristic in her black mini skirt. Not accustomed to the look herself, she kept pulling it to cover her exposed legs. The rest of her outfit was just as skimpy and anyone who knew Ophelia would wonder what had driven her to wear something so unlike her. Her clothes earned her a lot of attention on her way to Ned’s place. Something else that she wasn’t used to.
When Ophelia stepped out of the bus away from the women’s judging eyes and the men’s lust filled gazes, she couldn’t help but feel relieved. As she made her way to Ned's house, she could only hope that he would at least like what she had on. She’d done this all for him after all.
