Jeffery Stone
A man of many talents, author Jeffery Stone has a creative mind. As a musician he plays guitars, bass, and keyboards. As a songwriter/poet his works include hundreds of songs, poems and lyrics. He has availed himself to learn whatever tools were necessary to facilitate his creativity. Thus, publisher, recording engineer, and artist/designer can also be added to his list of talents. His first major literary work is his family tree autobiographical. The Jeff Chronicles is an accounting about delightfully discovering unexpected connections of kin. Sticking with what he knows, he then presents us with an experiential documentary. The Security Clearance Bungle uncovers this little publically known topic through first hand experience. Next is a travel documentary chock-full of information. American Foreigner provides an excellent reference about the details of experiencing life in South Korea. Then Stone takes his first dive into the realm of science fictional drama. Mars, Guitars, and Margaritas grips us with a heart warming story of an average guy tackling an unexpected opportunity. Reaching for meaningful existence, Jeffery Stone has been kind enough to share his creative mind with humanity. He has always aspired to achieve doing what he loves for a living. But perhaps leaving behind a legacy of heartfelt creative works is sufficient. Some are lucky enough to do what they love for a living, while others like Stone make time to live doing what they love.

Preface
Life can be pushy
Life is full of little annoying things that we don't like which get pushed upon us. Of course we know that we cannot always have our way. But we are often forced to concede what we want for the expedient sake of peace.
Sometimes our wishes get overlooked because people are merely too selfish to consider others around them. Their culture of me
does not seem to include me too.
Sometimes the majority of people will trend a certain way. And the ways of the larger herd will often prevail. So it is assumed that we will like what everybody else likes.
We never think much about our tiny concessions, at least not out loud. We just figure that these small things are not really worth going into battle over. We know that sometimes life can be pushy, so we just humbly shrug it off.
But now comes the out loud thinking. It is time to let the world know that we have a voice. We have our own feelings, tastes, and wishes. We don't always like the same things that everybody else likes. We must be forceful. We must stand up for ourselves and loudly declare: um excuse me, no onions please.

CHAPTER 1
Onions
To begin with, let me just state the obvious. I absolutely do not like the taste of onions. Okay, whew! I got that out of the way. But seriously, this personal taste of mine is something that our society has bucked against me throughout my entire life. I have come to the conclusion that apparently the vast majority of people must really like the flavor of onions. I simply do not.
Every time I order a hamburger at a fast food joint, I have to specifically give the extra instruction no onions please
. If I do not take this extra step, I assure you, I will receive a burger with a giant slice of reeking raw onion slapped on top of it. What's worse is when they actually forget my request, and then simply remove the onion before giving me the sandwich. Yeah, that just doesn't work for me. I can still taste that strong onion flavor after you take it back off. I do feel sorry for the extra trouble. And, I really don't want to be thought of as picky.
So, this is why I usually just dismiss it and eat it anyway. I'm not going to cry about it. Well, I guess that could happen if I somehow got onion juice squirted into my eye. I never really understood how that works. Why does onion juice make our eyes water? I guess eyeballs don't like onions either. Anyway, it's usually not worth all the bother to complain, so I just let it go and eat my sandwich. There's no need to create a big ruckus over a little onion.
Much of what we encounter in life is like this. We communicate, but somehow we just miss the mark in connecting with people. And sometimes we are just not going to be able to get others to go along with our wishes for whatever reasons. Sometimes people think that we are just being picky, lame or silly. Or they might feel that our requests are just not important. Most of the time, we are smart enough to recognize this, so we simply just let it go.
So here is what it is. What it is is that we gotta choose our battles so to speak. If we over play our hand by vociferously demanding that we get our way, then we might come off as pompous and bossy. So you have to consider that the fact that this may be just a small thing and it's probably best not to go into battle
