At the risk of seeming like an out-of-touch old-timer, I’m going to address the world’s runaway attitudes to food. Maybe it’s the boredom of the pandemic, maybe it’s just been happening slowly for aeons, but I feel lately we’ve started tinkering too much with our nutrition and lost touch with the purpose of food.
