Preface

Although many believers understand a little about the authority and power of victory, only few explore the authority and power of rulership. The anointing gives the believer victory over territorial and jurisdictional boundaries to confine and limit his or her distance or range. The case of the anointing is not God stopping the believer, but the believer stopping short of God’s expectation, to take him higher until he enters the glory dimensions. The believer cannot rise above all with the anointing until his life enters the Spirit Life to operate in supreme authority and power – dominion.

Dominion is the authority and power that rules over all, because it is above all. It is going from the levels and measures of authority and power with the anointing to reaching the immeasurable authority and power in God. All authority and power belong unto God. All authority and power are not imparted or transferable, but levels and measures of authority and power can be delegated! It is the reason the glory is the revelation of the LORD God. I AM is not the same with what God wants to do. No matter the level and measure of the anointing in the believer’s life, he is limited and confined; therefore, he cannot rule over all until he enters the glory. The anointing is the key to entering the glory, but the believer must know that he has to exhaust the levels of the outpouring of the Spirit to move from the anointing platform into the glory. There are short cuts that can take the believer into the glory, but the sacrifice remains extremely challenging.

With the anointing, the believer surrenders his life to the outpouring of the Spirit and submits to the leadership of the Holy Spirit to work with the power according to the will of God. In the glory, the believer sacrifices all and gives his life wholly to worship and serve the purpose of God. Until the believer enters the glory, he cannot know the revelation of God and the secret purpose of God. The anointing only inspires – guides and teaches the believer all things, but the glory reveals all things. The key is the levels and measures of the anointing versus the glory position. The glory takes the believer above the earth into heaven; therefore, it is overcoming self, the world and the satanic kingdom rulership. It is ruling supreme in God. Dominion Power of Rulership is written to give the believer extraordinary revelation into the hidden mysteries of the kingdom rulership of heaven. The believer fights and labors with the anointing to reach up to the ladder of God’s levels and measures of authority and power by the help of the Holy Spirit. In the glory, the believer overcomes the degree of difficulties and enters the Spirit Life to rule with Christ in God.

The believer cannot enter heaven with the flesh; therefore, the anointing does not give the believer dominion in God until h/she enters the glory. The anointing preserves and enables the believer to work with the Spirit of God, but the glory takes the believer into the depths of heaven to live and move and have his being in God. Until the believer rise from the earth, h/she cannot be crowned to rule in heaven with Christ in God. This book will guide the believer into the secret authority and power of the kingdom of heaven, which only belong to God. The believer is privileged with the access to the supreme authority and power of heaven in God.

My prayer is that with every page you turn in this book, you will see and hear what heaven has for the believer in God. I encourage you to begin in deep prayer and end in deep prayer every time you touch this book. May your life be changed and transformed for the glory of our LORD God for the end-times.

Chapter One

This early chapter will give us an overview or a run-down to summarize the process of the anointing before we move deeper to explore the depth of the glory. By looking through the content of this chapter, it will help us to better understand how things work in the earth realm, so we will get ready to make the shift to reach higher up to the realms of heaven.

In the person of Jesus Christ, the LORD God took the form of man, so the humanity of Jesus Christ was the manifestation of God. At the River Jordan, heaven opened and God the Holy Spirit entered Jesus to dwell and anoint Him. (See 1 John 3:8).

The Bible said: Now when all the people were baptized, it came to pass, that Jesus also being baptized, and praying, the heaven was opened. Now when all the people were baptized, it came to pass, that Jesus also being baptized, and praying, the heaven was opened. And the Holy Ghost descended in a bodily shape like a dove upon him, and a voice came from heaven, which said, Thou art my beloved Son; in thee I am well pleased. (Luke 3:21-22)

When Jesus came out of the River Jordan, the Bible says: He was full of the Spirit and led… (Matthew 4:4; Mark 1:12; Luke 4:1).

After the temptation experience in the wilderness, Jesus returned in the power of the Spirit, anointed by God with power:

And when the devil had ended all the temptation, he departed from him for a season. And Jesus returned in the power of the Spirit into Galilee (Luke 4:13-14a).

The temptation was a satanic challenge to hinder Jesus from seeking after the anointing. You need the life -- authority and power of God to do His will. The Bible says: not my will but thine. Many people wonder why the enemy attacks them when they make the decision to seek after God. The power of God brings a lot of problems in the lives of the believers, but it is also the power to solve those problems. When heaven opened over the River Jordan it was the revelation of God, but to benefit the human senses the Spirit took the form of a dove. And just as God took the form of a man in the person of Jesus Christ. He is the gentle Holy Spirit and the Spirit of peace. Because open heaven represents the revelation of God, the Father spoke from heaven. The Bible says: God is a Spirit (John 4:4). After the Spirit descended on Jesus, He came out of the River Jordan full of the Spirit. From the infilling comes the outward overflow of the Spirit upon. The indwelling of the Spirit plus the infilling of the Spirit plus the outward overflow of the Spirit equals anointing with the Holy Spirit and with power, because you have the manifestation of the presence of the Holy Spirit and the release of the power. (See John 20:19-22; Acts 1:8; 10:38).

When God the Holy Spirit entered the human Jesus, God disappeared into Him, and when the human Jesus Christ entered the Spirit Life, He disappeared into God. With the anointing, God took the form of a human. In the glory, the first Adam was transformed or created new after the likeness of God even as Jesus Christ was glorified in the Father as LORD God Almighty and All-powerful. (See Genesis 1:26; Matthew 28:18; John 17:1-5; Philippians 2:5-11). The believer is made or processed with the anointing after the likeness of Christ until he is transformed in the glory after the likeness of God. Jesus is God manifested in the form of human flesh, but revealed in His glory in the Spirit – the Spirit of Glory. In the glory, God does not need to take forms, but reveals himself, so the Church is waiting for the revelation of the LORD
