I have been writing since 2005. I have had 3 short stories published in paper magazines and quite a few in ezines. I have many articles in blogs and two paper magazines. I have had a book published in 2013 that never hit the best readers list anywhere, but I still enjoy writing.

This is a book with recipes that were given me by family and friends. I have one or two in here that I created myself.

Each recipe you or I use has a history behind it. Your Mother passed it down, or you favorite Aunt gave it to you or you really liked your neighbors meal and asked for the recipe.

Each one in this book means something to me.

If you have a recipe that you would like to share with me, email it to

    me at  metzb@mail.com

If I choose to use it I will send you an email back and request you give me how you would like to be identified. (first name only, full name , or nick name.)

Also if you could include  a history of the recipe, where you obtained it and any notes you would like to associate
