The English version of this book contains many mistakes, I would be happy about donations on the page "https://www.gofundme.com/f/solutions-and-how-to-find-them" (so that I can publish a better English version) and suggestions for improvement (also on this page).
Foreword
About a year ago it was sometimes hard for me to be happy. One day I noticed that many others have also trouble being happy (but they just try to hide it). So I thought how one can be happier. At first I investigated what it takes to be happier. I discovered many different theories, which help to become happier. I have noticed, that in a capitalist society it's still difficult to become happy. Because everyone wants to be at the top of the system, because most expect happiness there. I have noticed, that you don't really become happy there either. But what helps to become happy is to always do what you want (self-realization, for whose reason every person wants his freedom). So I looked for the solution, with which everyone can do what they want and still live together in a community. So I came up with a simple solution, after thinking as objectively as possible. With it you can do everything in life, as long as you don't harm anyone with it. Because if many people do that, nobody will harm you. But I think that in today's society one doesn't pay enough attention by attempting to not harm anyone (this happens most of the time on a psychological level) and that many rather get happy, when others are unhappy or even can cause harm to others. In my opinion no one gets anything out of this, because everybody wants to be seen unhappy by the other people and therefore is often unhappy himself. I think that this still comes from our more brutal ancestors (e.g. gladiator fights) and that nowadays everything happens on a psychological level.
Therefore it should be the goal of each individual, striving for happiness without expense of another. Or even better, by making someone else happy as well. This is one of the reasons why I wrote this book, to show how often it can help, to follow this rules. Because if you are so at peace with yourself that you don't want to harm anyone else, you have many advantages. Nowadays this attitude, is in my opinion not too strong in society represented. So I hope to be able to help everyone a little through this book. However, in order to be able to help even better, I have collected other theories which help to become happier. With which one can reach all goals in life faster. So that one can exploit his whole potential.
Theory for almost everything and almost everyone
In this book I show some theories which can help to master different situations faster and easier. All these theories are based on my thoughts, i.e. none of these theories have been scientifically
tested, but I still consider them to be correct. But who wouldn't? Because:
You believe, what you believe, because you believe, that what you believe is the right thing. Otherwise you would believe something else. Thus one also knows, what one believes is the right thing, is not the complete truth of everything, but only an explanation, by oneself, of one's own reality. In other words, what one believes.
By confirming this faith, I formed a new faith, which can then be confirmed and applied again. Thus I always come to new for me better
