The book is relatively short and easy to read – I wanted to make the book complete, so, what is described works on many levels – from a deep realization of contentment, joy as in happiness which is truly hard to describe in words, to more practical, down to earth levels: self-esteem, self-confidence, higher level of energy for daily tasks, better concentration, more positive outlook, etc.

Yes, I know these are very bold statements. And yes, of course, there would be exceptions. But for most of us what you are about to read will work.

It’s a relatively short book. – I am a very pragmatic and practical person. I devoted most of my life to science (doctor, professor, even one of the leaders of a discovery that received a Nobel Prize). So, I will do my best to be to the point, to be practical, and to be as much of use to you as I possibly can.

    The recipe you will read about in this book works. Explanations are logical, no magic, no abstractions, no need to adopt new beliefs or to change any you may already have.

    The multiple hints and ways to improve are all practical. They are simple to understand and implement.

    The book is written for general public – as in: most people would be able to use it right away. There are exceptions (there are no recipes which would work for literally everyone) – but I will do my best to help with those too.

    Results are real and virtually immediate. I.e. there are no promises of the kind: if you work hard on blah-blah, 10 years from now you will achieve blah-blah-blah. This recipe is different – there are benefits already after the first time you do what is proposed, and it just gets better day after day. Again, no magic, and you would have to work to get something, but virtually anyone could do it. Plus it’s free, even this book is free (it may take a few days after the initial publication for the retailers to adjusts the price to free).
