    How Back Pain Happens

    Hardworking or vibrant person has back pain when He or She failed to carefully lookout for what will prevent the happening of most painful backbones.

    Back pain is very common in those that eat too much of refined starchy food, fats, oils, and proteins food without fibers.

    How Fiber Prevent Back Pain

    Fiber is a form of carbohydrate called cellulose which could not be digested by any digestive enzymes in the body. Digestive enzymes are substances the easily breakdown our food into smallest substances that can enter our body system.

    Fibers remain as they were eaten or swallowed into our body long tube-like structure that runs from mouth to final open that is anus this tube is referred to Alimentary canal which includes mouth, esophagus, stomach, small intestine, large intestine, rectum, and anus.

    Fiber food works as a broom in the tube (alimentary canal) that runs through our inside body. It sweeps out unbreakable (not digested) or too much food stores in our alimentary canal which may cause heavy load on our back or produce poisonous chemical that may enter into the blood and poison backbone components which may damage oil-like liquid on the smooth layer of the bones or weaken the strength of muscles that hold two bones together (ligament) which arranged vertically at our back side called Vertebral Column. Vertebrae means bones while Column means arranged upward which means bones arranged upward.

    Fiber does not allow undigested food to pile up in our body. It brushes out all the unwanted food and ensures normal daily movement of bowel.

    More so, eating of food containing fiber like Vegetables and Yam coat, Bean coat/thin layer cover of beans and fruits shafts will stop difficulty in passing bowel (constipation).
