Reviews for Four Relationship Attachment Styles Paired In Love:How to love and understand your partner’s attachment style
8 ratings3 reviews
- Rating: 4 out of 5 stars4/5Not a bad book but there are a lot of assumptions dealing with couples and what history they might have. A person MUST read about Attachment Styles in other books first to get a deeper understanding of what is being presented. Overall, if you are interested in how couples might work and what can be done, this is a good book. If you are looking to repair your own relationship, you might want to do other research before reading this book.
- Rating: 3 out of 5 stars3/5It was an okay book. I feel like each attachment style should have been explained a little more in-depth so that I could understand how they functioned when they are paired up. Good job to the author. I will definitely check their other books.
- Rating: 2 out of 5 stars2/5Thanks for the effort but it didn’t have the depth or objectivity I needed.

What does the Dismissive, Fearful, Anxious, and Secure partner look like in a relationship? If illustrated, would it make more sense? Would it help you to understand what it means to have more than one relationship attachment style affecting your love life?
Until this book was created, all we had were books, blogs, and relationship sites that talked about it. I even wrote two eBooks on the subject myself: The Dismissive-Avoidant in Love, and The Fearful-Avoidant in Love and plan to release the other two attachment styles this year. For some, just knowing your relationship attachment style doesn’t make much sense. Finding and holding onto love in this age of technology hasn’t been easy. We dismiss our behaviors when things don’t work out in our favor and change partners like changing our shoes.
Do you really want to address your way of thinking and behaving when it comes to your love life?
Why isn’t my relationship working?
As a life coach, I’ve heard it all before, but the question I kept asking myself was can people see their behavior and why their style of love may not be working in their favor? This was a question I felt I had to address, I don’t know why, but I did. I woke up one morning with the same pressing question on my mind. What better way to explain it than to illustrate it? was the thought that popped into my head. At first, I wasn’t
