In writing this book I wanted to emphasize my care for others and share some life experiences that made me who I am today. I have obtained my degrees from Amarillo College in Human Sciences and Texas Tech in Nutrition Sciences. I want to let others know through God all things are possible.

Do you know someone that has accomplished distinct goals and reached their goals and dreams? This is a lifetime journey with such stunning results that you can be successful and proud of what is to come! Whether you decide to better yourself or not this book will bring some insight into your life. I would rather you decide to do so for the most positive results. In our lifetime we are each dealt different circumstances to work with, some not so pleasant and some so magnificent that we don’t realize how so! Perhaps some were dealt a better set of cards than you, or do they have it? With the great knowledge of the one rule of the universe, The Law of Attraction, you will begin to not only understand life better, but reach the unreachable and succeed in all that you lay your mind to accomplish! Finally, enjoy the gift of it and The Cure.

Chapter 1

Just Decide!

Only a small portion of the population will succeed, it’s the plain truth. There are a few steps to making a decision that will influence your paths in life. The first step is to Just Decide! Make up your mind that reading these words will change your life mentally and physically. Romans 8:3—If God is for us who can be against us? Only 1 % of the population financially succeeds according to history. How amazing would it be if you became one of them? I have applied the suggestions in The Cure © to myself to ensure it works and to help others get desirable results. Finally, there is an end to the mystery and confusion that many endure for years. To help you understand I will explain the opposition to my argument. Many in this world are financially strained, wretchedly unhealthy, and physically or mentally ill. The truth is, many are lost in a transition state but cannot pay their bills and have accumulated uncalled for debt. These same people can be the most physically strained and mentally distressed individuals who seek relief and can’t find it. There is no disadvantage to making the decision to be successful. Reach your goals by first determining what the most important ones are for you and the rest will follow. The how to is not as important as the goals themselves. I personally made a goal to help others in my lifetime to reach their goals nutritionally. I did the four hour commute to and from classes, consistently viewing the drive as only 236 miles of road keeping me from my accomplishment and goal. Many ridiculed me with hate and disbelief because they were not in a similar mind set. I will explain more on the subject later.

At first you may feel all alone but you are not alone, For if God is for us who can be against us? (Romans 8:31). I was told that it was nearly impossible I would graduate high school, much less college, as Children’s Protective Services took over my life at a young age. All I wanted was to be successful, be the first in my family to get a high school diploma and a couple of college diplomas, plus put them to use in a positive way to change lives for the better. Sadly many of us have these types of goals and never take the first step Just Decide. I was 14 years old and knew my decisions would mean something to someone and it would be many people I would attract through curiosity. I would be happy if it was just one person I helped; though in my heart I knew it would be many. My last words to my former employer were I am achieved! What will it take for you to decide? It took being diagnosed with epilepsy, catching my right arm on fire twice, first and second degree burns, multiple surgeries, no parental support since the age of 16, and the many more trials and tests of life for me to Just Decide. I had little support and yet I still made a prevalent decision that has positively affected everyone around me today. Many don’t know where to start. I will tell you many individuals seek happiness, health, and wealth. To get started let’s choose health, because you have to be alive and functional to enjoy the reaped results. Just deciding is the beginning of success.

Remember the positives. Even though negatives exist they don’t have to dominate your thoughts! The thoughts you endure are shaping your future every second
