Ursula Pottinga, CPCC, is a certified coactive coach and prosperity guide with more than twenty years of experience in the training and coaching field, including extensive work in the hospitality industry. She is the cofounder of BEabove Leadership, offering innovative, and deeply transformative workshops combining neuroscience, consciousness, and coaching.     Foreword

    It’s a spark that starts a fire. This is one of those statements that can get my mind thinking for hours. Although it is true that a spark starts a fire, the flame cannot get started without the union of a number of other elements. This is a great metaphor for life. Just like fire needs other elements to combust (oxygen, fuel, and heat) your life needs more than one element to achieve your greatest potential. What sparks in your life are starting a fire? Are you giving them the ability to breathe? How many great opportunities have you passed by because you did not have the courage to ignite your spark? We all have sparks of energy that move us toward our greatest potential. It’s time to fan the flames and
