About the Author

Jerome Morris is an enthusiast who loves and is passionate about his family. He is happily married with three boys and is serving in the office of an Evangelist at Jabula Destiny Ministries International, The Super Mega Church. Being exposed to a present yet absent father in his childhood, Jerome vowed that he would not follow in the same footsteps, hence his every day involvement in the lives of his children and the lives of other children growing up without a “father figure”. Jerome is very passionate about people empowerment and development and strives towards changing the mindset of people. Fatherhood is a topic that he holds dear to his heart and he has committed his life to changing the “norm” of absent fathering in the lives of many.

This book is dedicated to Abba Father, the author and the finisher of our faith, to the Trinity: Father, Son and Holy Ghost. This book is Holy-Ghost inspired and every word written here is straight from the mouth of our Father to the ears (eyes) of His children for the edification of the saints. This book was written by faith and not by sight. Thank you Father for entrusting me with this mammoth task to spread the Good News to the ends of the world.

To my wife, Caro-lize, who always stood by me through every trial, every storm and every victory in Christ Jesus. Thank you for always believing in me and supporting my dream and vision and for being the spine that strengthens me and for showing me I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me. By believing in me, you taught me to believe in myself. I will always strive to never break the trust and confidence you have in me. Introduction

As previously mentioned, ‘Father Act In The Hour’ is Holy-Ghost inspired and I am merely the instrument God is using to write what He has instructed me to write, therefore I give Him all the glory for every good thing that will come from this book.

‘Father Act In The Hour’, is an acronym for ‘Faith’. Abba Father planted this word in my spirit to teach you and I that He is a God of the now and if we trust Him enough, He will act in the hour of our immediate need as identified by you and me.

The contents of this book will help both believers and unbelievers to see what faith means and the power that is contained in the word, and the most important aspect of it all, that faith can come to life by activating it, but the key element is believing.

I have heard a lot of teachings and preaching on the subject of faith and I have realised if we do not understand the origin of faith and the power of it, it will not work for us. One needs to get one’s own revelation of what faith is and make it applicable in one’s life.

I have learned ‘God does not call the qualified, but qualifies the called’. My reason for this statement is that I was by no means qualified when I heard the call, God first called me and when I acted by responding to the call, He acted by qualifying me for the work of God. When God called me on 22 November 2008 and I accepted Him as my Lord and Saviour and invited Him to come and live in my heart, I recall thinking, I am still so young and inexperienced, but God spoke to me through the Book of Jeremiah 1:4-9, which to date is one of my favourite Scriptures.

"Then the word of the LORD came

unto me, saying,

Before I formed thee in the belly I knew thee; and before thou camest forth out of the womb I sanctified thee, and I ordained thee a prophet unto the nations.

Then said I, Ah, Lord GOD! Behold, I cannot speak: for I am a child.

But the LORD said unto me, Say not, I am a child: for thou shalt go to all that I shall send thee, and whatsoever I command thee thou shalt speak.

Be not afraid of their faces: for I am with thee to deliver thee, saith the LORD.

Then the LORD put forth his hand, and touched my mouth. And the LORD said unto me, Behold, I have put my words in thy mouth."

When ‘Father Act In The Hour’ was dropped into my spirit, I was reminded of the aforementioned Scripture and I distinctively heard the voice of the Holy Spirit saying, Go out to wherever I send you and proclaim the Good News of faith to my children.

This book will equip the saints of God with the spiritual tools (weapons) needed to use in their warfare against the dark forces of the satanic kingdom. The book provides synergy between our Heavenly Father as well as our biological father. Abba Father is the blueprint of the lives we as fathers need to live in and on the earth.
