Short and informative articles
After my recent diagnosis of a mental illness, the only thing I can concentrate on reading is short informative articles, which I found in the January issue of JOY! Magazine. And what joy I experienced! As an avid reader of fiction and non-fiction, the blow of lacking concentration hit hard. Alas, I persevered and kept to my morning/evening devotions and quiet times by Angus Buchan and Joyce Meyer. I needed more “meat” as the Bible overwhelmed me at this point of my recovery, until I saw and remembered the JOY! Magazine! I bit the financial “bullet” (compromising chocolate) and bought one. What joy, I sat down with a cup of coffee to commence my introduction to reading. Thank you for some joy again.
